My favorite Ganesha from invitation

As a habit I was browsing for some new crafts.  I came across a new term called decoupage.

In a few days time,  my dear hubby brought a wedding invitation of his colleague. The invitation was itself unique, my eye catcher was my favorite Ganesha in that. I had been saving the invitation till the wedding was over, as I didn't want to dent it before the important day.

After wedding the Ganesha went into my private craft collection.  Subsequently attended milk warming ceremony of my brother in law's house.  After the function,  while everybody was looking out, if we had left any important things behind,  I grabbed this broken tile.
Voilà Ganesha exactly fitted this tile,  cut few designs from the invitation itself to decorate corners.  Mixed white glue with water, painted all over tiles,  pasted Ganesha and corner designs, again gave a coat of diluted glue all over tile as well as the pic at least three times.  It looked simple to me,  but hubby and daughter liked it very much. So my proud husband has bragged about efficiency of his wife to his colleague who wished to see the work.  Today I was happy to send that to her as a gift from me.
Clicked a snap just before sending that as my gift to her though I did not take any procedure snaps.
